Returns
Returns and warranty
Goods billed at the showroom or sent out on WhatsApp orders are not returnable. Please confirm the model, colour, size and quantity before we bill or despatch.
Manufacturing faults are handled under the Havells warranty that comes with the product. We hand over the warranty card of the exact model with the GST invoice.
